We're the Hunts ​(Amy, Dan, Miles & Rowan),

​We are so happy you stopped by.

We live in small town, Quesnel, British Columbia with our two dogs on our 75 acre regenerative farm.

We love growing food, adventuring and hosting friends and family around our table.

​We have a strong passion for regenerating our soils and recapturing the potential that our land has to offer by way of regenerative agriculture. Our side hobbies include learning and experimenting with different soil building techniques. Currently we compost the standard way in a bin with kitchen scraps, we also worm compost our rabbit manure and have a kitchen scrap worm compost in the basement for the winter months. We have plans to implement some new techniques into the garden this year which will include chicken composting, sheet mulching and hugelkultur beds.

Most homes in our area have the potential to create space for a small garden and I hope to inspire those around us to try it out whether it's in container or otherwise!
